How We Work
We bring together a team of specialists to provide specific recommendations on surveillance infrastructure, control room design, appropriate equipment, suppliers and/or suitably qualified and experienced companies with the expertise to meet project needs.

CTG Security Matrix brings together the complex, disparate disciplines required to plan, install and document electronic surveillance systems and state-of-the-art control room infrastructure and works directly with consultants, manufacturers, importers, distributors and technical experts who supply components and technical expertise.

CTG Security Matrix plugs in to your ‘greenfield’ or retro-fit project at the ‘head end’ as your electronic surveillance and control room advisors, make recommendations based on our proven experience in electronic surveillance infrastructure design.

We do not offer packaged, ‘turn-key’ solutions; our years of experience have taught us that no two projects are alike. Depending on the needs of each project therefore, we put together a team of specialists to provide specific recommendations on surveillance infrastructure, control room design, appropriate equipment, suppliers and/or suitably qualified and experienced companies with the expertise to meet the project’s needs.

CTG Security Matrix has a close relationship with a world-wide network of over 400 supporting
companies, the vast majority of which are leaders in their fields, contributing to surveillance design and construction projects within Australia and around the world.

At the same time, we can ensure that clients are not held ‘captive’ to a narrow band of suppliers or specialist installers either during construction and fit-out or for future maintenance. Our systems integrators and documentation specialists plan and ‘road map’ each project in such a way that local service providers can be engaged to maintain even the most complex systems.

Clients also have the comfort of knowing that CTG Security Matrix can, on request, put together a quick-response team of specialist installers and maintenance personnel to deal with issues on a ‘fly-in fly-out’ basis if necessary.
